Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and PIXNMIND TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") about using Musubi. By using Musubi you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use Musubi
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use apps like this where you live. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe. One person, one account.
2. AI characters are fiction
Characters are AI. Their words are generated automatically and are fiction, not statements by real people or by us. They can be wrong or inconsistent. Nothing a character says is medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a helpline.
3. Content rules
Romance and drama are welcome. You must not use Musubi to create, request or share:
- sexual content involving anyone under 18, or characters presented as minors in romantic or sexual situations;
- explicit sexual content, sexual violence or non-consensual acts;
- content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or violence against real people;
- hate or harassment based on protected characteristics, or content targeting a real private person;
- impersonation of real people in a misleading way, or content that infringes someone's rights;
- spam, scams, malware, or attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Scenes that go too far are redirected rather than continued. We may review, change, hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report a character, reply or comment from the app.
4. What you create
You keep the rights to characters, images and text you create. To run Musubi you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, translate and adapt that content, and, for characters you publish, to show them to other users and let them chat with them, for as long as the content is on Musubi. Public characters stay available after you delete your account, without your name. Only upload what you have the right to share.
AI-generated replies and images in your chats are yours to use personally. Because they are generated automatically, similar output may be created for other people.
5. Gems, Musubi Pass and purchases
- Purchases are made through Apple or Google and their terms apply to payment, refunds and billing.
- Gems are a virtual item to use inside Musubi (for example for snapshots, voice replies and premium replies). They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are not refundable except where the law or the store requires it. Prices in gems are shown before you spend them.
- Musubi Pass is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. A free trial, if offered, becomes paid when it ends unless you cancel. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
- The Pass includes a fair-use allowance (for example a number of messages and voice replies per day) shown in the app; after it you can keep going with the normal free limits or gems.
- Limits, features and gem prices may change. Changes never take away gems you already have or what a period of Pass you already paid for includes.
6. Ads
Musubi may show optional rewarded ads that give gems or messages. Rewards are credited once the ad network confirms the ad was watched and are limited per day.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Musubi running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change or end. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Using Musubi after that means you accept the new terms.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Unused gems are lost when an account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms, except where the law says otherwise.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Musubi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content generated by AI or posted by other users, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting consumer protections of the country you live in. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved through support.
